My mouth's got 99 problems... but a cavity ain't one!
Not really, but really.
I went to the dentist the other day just for a checkup, and I don't have any cavities, but I do have some gum recession! Yaaaaay.

So in this picture, you can see a white arrow, pointing to where my bottom gums are waaayyy too low. My dental assistant said, "You should probably get that fixed as soon as possible, but after/during jaw surgery" apparently, it's probably my braces that are causing it.
Just add it to the list of problems my mouth has.
In  other news, due to insurance stuff, I'm switching jaw surgeons! I have two appointments with two different surgeons coming up, so I'll keep updating.
